We are planning a giant group journey (12-14) in March. I am coordinating it and was recommending to the others we keep at the Flamingo due to its location and my good experiences there prior to now. Instead, we will keep elsewhere (Harrah’s, New York, etc) comparable in worth but a lot cleaner and never in such a state of dis-repair. Next time we’ll dorty roulette keep at a sister-property like Harrah’s or the Linq. Something similar in price but looking significantly better. Until some adjustments happen, I won’t recommend this place to anyone. I did discover that a few of the buttons int he hallways for the elevators didn’t work.

Stayed right here Halloween weekend for the When We Were Young Festival. Paid for a king bed with a High Roller view. Arrived after 10 PM on a Thursday evening and still had to wait in line for nearly an hour to use a self check in kiosk. Initial impression was the room was very nice but the TV did not work. We were advised to examine in w the front desk within the AM, which we did. They asked if it was okay to enter the room while we had been gone for the day, sightseeing.
We gave the OK however my husband took pictures of all of our stuff before we left. I tried to name the customer service number however was knowledgeable that they have been out of the US and I wanted to talk to someone on website. So, you guessed it, we waited within the line, tried to maintain calm and hopeful that somebody would make it proper in the end. My husband also tried to talk to Caesar’s Rewards, , and so they solely identified what the supervisor looked like so we might ask to talk to her as soon as we made to the front of the line.
